This policy explains the information involved when you visit ivylab.us or contact IVYLAB. We aim to collect only what is needed for a thoughtful conversation with students and families.

This website has no account system, inquiry form, advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Language choices are reflected in the page URL. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website; we do not load third-party advertising or social-media embeds.

The private-consultation popup displays email instructions and a blank message template. It has no web form and does not submit or store visitor details. Its email action asks your chosen email application to open a draft; you decide what information to send.

Our hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, to deliver, protect, and maintain the website. Its handling of this information is governed by its own policies and service arrangements.

Email links open your chosen email application. If you send a message to info@ivylab.us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, basic student details, consultation goals, callback telephone number, and preferred contact times. Your email provider and our email service process that correspondence. Opening the popup alone does not send this information to IVYLAB.

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss suitability, and coordinate requested consultations, including a callback when appropriate. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Please do not send school records, health information, identification documents, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

A parent or guardian should be involved in inquiries about a minor. This website does not invite children to create accounts or submit information through an online form.

We do not publish identifiable student information, student images, or individual project details without appropriate permission and consent. All current document previews are purpose-made illustrations, not anonymized student originals or verified IVYLAB outcomes. The sample pathways are hypothetical.

Confidential source documents are not hosted or made available through this website. Any future real-document preview must be a sanitized, flattened derivative with identifying and confidential information irreversibly removed. Publication requires authorization, appropriate student and guardian consent where required, reproduction rights, a review for indirect identification, and explicit final approval. Local review materials and private originals are not public website assets.

Inquiry correspondence is kept as reasonably needed to respond, administer a prospective or agreed service, and meet applicable obligations.

You may email info@ivylab.us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion. We will consider your request in light of applicable obligations and the information we can reasonably identify. Service providers may retain operational records under their own policies.
