These terms describe the use of IVYLAB’s public website. A consulting engagement, if agreed, is governed by its own written scope, fees, and terms.

The website introduces IVYLAB’s individualized extracurricular strategy and project-development services. Its content is general information and does not create a consulting relationship, reserve enrollment, or constitute an offer of a specific opportunity. Consultation and pricing details are available by email.

IVYLAB does not guarantee admission, awards, competition results, conference placement, journal acceptance, patent filing, patent registration, or any other external outcome. Third-party organizations make their own decisions and may change eligibility, availability, requirements, or fees.

We check current availability and eligibility before recommending an opportunity. Patent-related matters require appropriate independent professionals; general project guidance is not legal advice.

Students are responsible for their own intellectual work and accurate representations of their contributions. IVYLAB does not provide ghostwriting, fabricate experiences, or endorse false claims.

All current sample pathways and document previews are constructed illustrations. They do not describe actual clients, actual certificates, verified publications, actual patent applications or grants, university admission, institutional relationships, or guaranteed opportunities. A manuscript is not a confirmed publication, a patent application is not a granted patent, and a technical draft does not establish a filing.

Displaying a document or reference example must not be interpreted as evidence that IVYLAB produced, supervised, or supported an outcome. Any future real-document derivative requires the applicable rights, consent, sanitization, and explicit approval before publication; its status and relationship to IVYLAB must be accurately described.

IVYLAB is an independent educational consulting service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by universities, international organizations, competitions, or admissions offices unless independently documented.

IVYLAB’s original branding, writing, and website design are provided for personal informational use. Please contact info@ivylab.us before reproducing them commercially. Names of third-party organizations, when mentioned, remain their respective owners’ property.
